Yes you certainly should report it. I doubt it will be classed as a hate crime. Just vandalism. But this anti freedom of speech movement by the radical leftists needs to be stopped. This is America.

A hate crime is one that is committed against a particular race, usually a minority within a particular country of a different race. You should report it to the police and they will most likely classify it as vandalism. They will dust for prints and talk to some of the people in your neighborhood, in case someone saw something. I'm sorry you were victim of this, but considering the general feeling of Americans towards war these days, it wasn't a smart thing to put that sticker on your bumper.
