It could cause serious problems if the larvae gets into your blood stream...depending on the bug, it could be fatal. Get it checked immediately.

It may not be serious at all, but even though you may have found insects bodies, they could have already laid eggs in the skin tissue and every time you walk, the eggs go deeper in...that why i suggest you get it checked, better now than later when its too late. I do hope its nothing though.
